organizations, 501(c)3s, with zero cost low maintenance fund raising web-stores.
With offices in Lima, Ohio, Hong Kong and a manufacturing facility in

portal, is a fund raising web-store specialist.
Photo Gifts Mall
We created and tested
our original unique online Photo Gifts Creation system back in 2004. The cutting
edge software we use on our website is interfaced with computer and printing
machinery located in a facility operated by Poying Trading Limited, our
strategic manufacturing partner based in China.
Our administrative
headquarters are located in Hong Kong where we have a full time staff of 12
people who manage our daily operations.
On the back of rapid growth in
our business during 2006, Poying Trading Limited opened a new factory, located
in the Fujian Province of China, with two made-to-order production lines. The
new factory provides us with a production floor area of some 160,000 square
feet. Now with more than 50 staff processing several thousand orders per day,
our business is growing from strength to strength.
By locating our
made-to-order production lines in China, we are able to save significant labor
and factory costs. This is how we can maintain such low and competitive prices.
Our average prices are 30% lower than our competitors located in the United
States and United Kingdom. However, it is most important to note that there are
no significant differences in production and transit times between us and our
competitors.
All of our manufactured products are trucked to Hong Kong
where they undergo a Quality Inspection Check before being sent to Hong Kong
Post Office for delivery via USPS to destinations all over the world.
From the time we receive customer orders, we are able to process them,
manufacture them and send them to Hong Kong Post Office within 48 hours. It then
takes about 6-10 business days for shipment arrival.
We are very proud
of the fact that we were a profitable company in our very first year. Since then
sales volumes have increased dramatically every year. Organizations of all sizes
can rely on our online customization systems, with the knowledge that our
production lines and our supporting systems have all been fully tested in terms
of volume, accuracy and security.
At the beginning of 2006 we only had
30 products that could be customized. Since then, we have experienced great
demand for our customization services. With many suggestions coming from our
customers, we have added many more great new products. We currently have over
300 different products that can be customized, including the hottest items in
the market like Black T-shirts, USB Flash Drives, Wrist Watches, Dog Tags,
Wallets, Money Clips, Key Chains, Belt Buckles, Pen Holder Clocks, Business Card
Holders and much more We hope to increase our product range to 400 by 2010.
This will make us one of the biggest customization websites in the world with
the widest choice of customizable products.
Pleasant and Safe Environment
It is our aim to provide
the most pleasant and safe business environment for our customers. Our servers
are located in one of the top datacenters in Hong Kong and have 10MB of
dedicated bandwidth to overseas connections. This bandwidth is subject to
upgrade in order to maintain a service level with an average 50% peak usage. Our
systems are monitored by technicians 24/7 to ensure we provide a non-interrupted
service to our customers all over the world. We will continue to watch the
latest technological advances to make sure our systems continue to be as robust
and secure as possible.
A large percentage of our revenues will continue
to be invested in equipment upgrades, stocks, marketing promotions and other key
areas to ensure Photo Gifts Mall/Poying Trading maintains its leading position
in the industry. We believe that the online production customization industry is
still in its infancy and will experience tremendous growth in the coming months
and years. Our programs are designed to allow non-profit organizations, schools
and other businesses and individuals to participate in this growth.
