You need to register before you can access your account.
After you have registered, log into your account at
www.nonprofitorgshops.com and
click on the Payee Information link under My
Stores in the left hand menu bar.
Enter your Paypal email address in the box provided
and click on the Save button.
If you do not have a Paypal account then you need to
visit www.paypal.com and set up
your free account.
If you do not enter your Paypal email address we will
be unable to pay you your funds.
Open your store
Now click on the All
Stores link under My Stores in the left hand menu bar.
You will see a Create New
Store button. Click on the button now.
A table will be displayed that you are required to
complete.
1 Display ID
This will be the address of your new web-store. Enter
your desired URL
For example you could enter mystorename and your
web-store address will be http://www.nonprofitorgshops.com/mystorename
2 Store Name
This will be the name of your store. We recommend you
use the name of your organization .
3 Store Title
This will be the name on the top of your
web-store.
We strongly recommend you use the name of your
organization along with a strap line.

You will notice the symbol <br> in the middle
of the title, this creates a line break that puts your strap line on the
second line. (You can use whatever strap line you wish, including not
having one.)
4 Keywords
These are the words the search engines will use
(along with your URL, store title and Meta Tag description) when they
index your store, they are therefore most important.
We recommend you use the following key words,
separated by commas:
Your organization name, store, shop, photo gifts, non
profit org, your city, county, state
5 Meta Tag Description
It is important that you use your keywords in the
mete tag description.
We recommend you use the following for your meta
tag:
Your organization name. Shop our non profit store for
photo gifts in your city, county, state.
6 Return page after
Shopping
Leave blank
7 DO NOT tick the
box marked Do not list my products in the market
place
8 Choose your currency
from the drop down menu
CLICK SAVE
Lastly you need to add your
"about us" information.
To add
text to your "about us" page click on the All Stores link under My Stores
in the left hand menu bar.
Under Store Functions click on Edit
Tab down the page to the link entitled "Edit about page" and click on it.
Put your (html) text in the box and click the
Save button.
If you are not sure how to add html text we suggest
you copy and paste the following into the box:

Change the red text to
your own organization name and the green text
to your organization's website address, be sure to use the full address
including http://
Do not forget to click the SAVE
BUTTON when you are done.
Congratulations, you
have just completed your Store Set-up.
To view your store click on the All Stores link under My Stores in the left hand menu
bar.
You will see your store name listed in the middle of
the page. Simply click on the visit tab under
Store Functions to view your store in a new window.
If you do not want to add your own products to your
store you are now open for business.
All you need to do is put a hyper link from
your main website to your new store. For more information and help

IMPORTANT NOTE
Completion of the store registration form will allow us to add
your store to our store directory which will help your store achieve a
higher ranking with the search engines and make
it much easier to find for your members and
supporters.
